Bach ke rehna re baba !!!

This wednesday was rakshabandhan and last sunday was friendship day(which is also the day when i met one of my better friends...Typical movie-isque na ??)

And this is leading to major problems everywhere.

The first sign i got was when i noticed most of friends bunking.I tried calling up a few and all i got was a sexy voice repeating "The airtel/vodafone/aircel number you are trying to reach is currently switched off... Please try agin later"...

Secondly the ones that did come seemed unnaturally wary of girls. I mean i was talking to this chap and we were in middle of a friendly discussion (regarding a very important topic that if we were stranded on a island whether we would want Mc Donalds or liv tyler) when suddenly we hear this chicka friend this guy has a crush on call out to both of us. I turned around to say hi and by the time i turned ZIP... the guy had dissapeared.

Slowly it began to dawn on me.

There was a conspiracy going on.

Under the guise of friendship day some cunning girls were tying rakhis on the wrists of unsuspecting boys. Poor chaps.I mean imagine getting a rakhi tied by a girl you have a crush on.

Oh the horror *shudders*

These girls of my college i tell you. Destroying the sanctity of rakhi.

Not that i mind . Cuz none of the cute girl(s) i have a crush on even know me. So no rakhis from them. yaay ! (Wait why am i happy ? They don't know me.. Waaahh)


P.S my sister did tie a rakhi for me, and yes my mother made me gift her 500 bucks too :(... Am running short of funds now... Grrr...
