Get-it-out of-my-head DAMMIT

Am the only one who has this weird thing due to which certain songs are associated with a particular memory or a person ??


Take 'hey there delilah' for example. Reminds me of CG and the time we were really close buddies(in girlie terms -"bff" and in guy terms-"pinkie buddies"). It used to bring a smile on my face remembering how she always used to love singing this song on the phone.. It did.  But ever since she started going out with this guy and forgot me this song is probably more useful for reminding me that she did exist at one point of time than anything else.

'Jessie' reminds me the good 'ol days of 4th when i used to play roadrash all day long with my friends. I was so friggin' happy back then living in ahmedabad and not giving a rats ass about women,studies and global warming.Life was finger lickin' good i tell you. (sorry kfc)

'You give love a bad name' is definitely barny and 'how i met your mother' !! I grin like a Cheshire cat that got the cream everytime i hear it !

And how can i forget 'Cant smile without you'.... Dip and me used to go to the roof at 12 in the night to enjoy the breeze.And this one time i played this song and we both nearly started bawling our lungs out like babies discussing stuff, him about how his crush was being promiscuous and me about how THE GIRL will never like me. By the time we were done we both went nuts and started singing along at the top of our voices.Luckily nobody in our flats found out who were those "bloody rascal hooligans screaming in the night".

'Bohemian rhapsody' will always be about the first year of college.All new experiences , each different from the other and each leaving a lasting impression and teaching me an lesson that i will remember for life.

Ah yes ...how could i forget 'supermassive blackhole' and 'by myself'. Reminds me how in 2nd year i used to go for these long rides at night whenever i was upset and all.... They were heavenly with a capital h.

Then there are 'Where is my mind' and 'whole wide world' that are associated with The Girl de facto.I remember how i spent most of the last sem listening to these two late into the night and wishing she was there to enjoy the songs with.



And ofcourse  remembering all of 'em is just as bad as playing them.

Now I'm heartbroken. :(
I'm in desperate need of a reassurance.
Among a million other things that is. Namely- A life, this girl i'm totally obsessed with, my best friend who is lost in her own world, the inclination to study compiler design and a friend to hug me and lie to me that everything's gonna work out.
